IPEC Therapy® Seminar Activities
IPEC Therapy®
teachings take place in
The Center of
Integrative Psychotherapy in
Encino, California in a form of short and
long term seminars.
IPEC Therapy®
certification program's first phase lasts 4 days and thereafter
second phase is being taught 2-3 months
later.
In case of a cancelation of any
pre-registration activities:
● If
IPEC Therapy® initiates an
activity cancelation, all payments will be
refunded and no processing fees will be
assessed.
● Cancelation of more than a month
prior to the activity date, entire payment
will be refunded less than $50.00 processing
fee.
● Cancelation of less than a month
prior to the activity date, 20% of the
activity cost will be charged as a
cancelation fee.
● Cancelation of less than 2 weeks
prior to the activity date, 45% of the
activity cost will be charged as a
cancelation fee.
● Cancelation of less than a week
prior to the activity date, 75% of the
activity cost will be charged as a
cancelation fee.
● Cancelation of less than 48 hours
prior to the activity date, no payment will
be refunded.
A cancelation notice has to be submitted
in writing, in a letter or in an email. A
voicemail cancelation message has to be
accompanied with a written message. A
recorded message on a voicemail will not be
considered as a valid cancelation notice.
IPEC Therapy®
has the right to change activity
prices, dates and times.
IPEC Therapy®
the right to refuse service to
anyone.
