Cancelation Policy
In a case of a cancelation of any
pre-registration activities:
● If IPEC Therapy® initiates an
activity cancelation, all payments will be
refunded and no processing fees will be
assessed.
●
A cancelation of a more than a month
prior to the activity date, an entire payment
will be refunded less than a $50.00 processing
fee.
●
A cancelation of a less than a month
prior to the activity date, a 20% of the
activity cost will be charged as a
cancelation fee.
●
A cancelation of a less than 2 weeks
prior to the activity date, a 45% of the
activity cost will be charged as a
cancelation fee.
●
A cancelation of a less than a week
prior to the activity date, 90% of the
activity cost will be charged as a
cancelation fee.
●
A cancelation of a less than 48 hours
prior to the activity date, no payment will
be refunded.
A cancelation notice has to be submitted
in writing, in a letter or in an email. A
voicemail cancelation message has to be
accompanied with a written message. A
recorded message on a voicemail will not be
considered as a valid cancelation notice.
IPEC Therapy®
reserves the right to change activities'
prices, dates and times without an an
advanced notice.
IPEC Therapy®
reserves the right to refuse service to
anyone.
