Sleeping Difficulties
1. A client has suffered
many years from severe sleep deprivation. He
slept on average 3-4 hours at night. MT
determined it as a case of jetlag-like
syndrome. The client has lived all this
years in Los Angeles, but his inner
biological clock perceived the time as if he
lives on the other side of the globe. Simple
IPEC technique to balance the biological
clock was applied, and the sleeping patterns
balanced out to an average of 7-8 hours of
sleep per night.
